Unable to analyse tracks
Hi guys.
Earlier today, i tryed to load some musics to my 6.0 recordbox and it stuck for several minutes. The program didnt load the musics and didnt analyse the musics. I´vd read some posts in here and try everything that was posted as a solution. The wifi solution, the erase other types of files...
Nothing worked.
Is there any news about this problem?

If you're using 6.0, please update to 6.6.4 which is the latest version. If you are still having issues after that, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
