pls help

last Friday I get the error message "E-8305 unsupported file type while I was trying to working with cdj 2000 nxs , I was exporting the track from rekordbox (I have license ) , all the tracks was wav file and I was bought them or they was on free release . I tried different pen drives and try format them again and redo the exporting and still get same issue but before that I could play those tracks on any cdj and the most weird part was between all my play list only 4 tracks was readable !!
