As a customer that has spent over $8k on your products I'm curious what the staff thinks about this?

CDJ 3000 Jog Wheel stops working for no reason.

Lite use have owned a little over 12 months.

I was looking for insight not you to hide behind a warranty. Pioneer you need to work on customer service. 

Maybe some information, possible cause insight, customer service. 

 

All you do is close the post :(

I'm sorry to see that and as you're out of warranty, unfortunately that will be a repair at your expense. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your CDJ repaired.
