[SOLVED] DDj t1 headphone screeching noise problem

hello ive been using my ddj t1 for a year an a half or so now and had no problems, recently thowhenever i start it up and have my headphones pluged in a very iritating screeching sound comes out of them and it ends up taking over the sound of the cueing, even when i have no music playing at all the headphones still ring with the same noise......please help have a wedding gig coming up and need this problem fixed

also when i put the headphone mix all the way to master it stops the noise and a few seconds later master volume comes out of headphones.......im using traktor 2.6

@justin > Sounds to me like you simply need to reconfigure the audio outputs within the Traktor control panel.

Yea I have this problem as well,I thought it was my laptop at first but  its something to do  with the settings in audio panel.I had to keep changing the soundcard setting in the control panel to rectify  the problem,thing is though I have to change the setting every time I start Traktor...

I'm also using 2.6.

Does anyone from Pioneer read this forum......

I found a way to stop the noise an make everything work fine again......before you start up traktor go to sound-playback devices and disable everything. IE speakers and digital output
