"Your DDJ-SR is not connected"
I have a new laptop with windows 10 and I am trying to install my DDJ SR on it. The drivers worked fine but when I try to update the firmware it gives me a message saying "Your DDJ-SR is not connected". I am currently using all the most up to date versions of the driver and and firmware directly from the website. How can I get this working or is the DDJ-SR no longer supported on Windows 10?

The DDJ-SR certainly is supported, but if you're having problem with that error message, it could be that you haven't put the SR into the proper update mode by holding the SHIFT+SYNC buttons on the left deck while connecting the USB, or you need to try a different USB cable or USB port.
my ddj sr is just not conneting it will only connet sometimes on virtual 2021 but it do not connet all on serato dj pro on the app it say that it is for serato dj but theres no drivers for serato dj pro i look every were
