How do I play a CD continuously w/ tracks on it

It's a 12' inch version of a song on a cd that's on 2 tracks

the actual 12' inch Vinyl  plays both songs continuously

but I only have the CD

I want it to play the next CD track continuously

so that it will play the whole 2 songs and not stop at the end

of the track. that way I can record the songs continuously

and make an WAV. file of those 2 songs continuously.
