PLAYLIST IN FOLDER BUG

I have some folders in RB setup with a bunch of playlists, When I hit "+" to create a new playlist it creates it right at the top as it should but if i collapse and then expand the folder, the new playlist shoots right to the bottom and I have to drag it up to the top again, then it will stay. Gets pretty annoying if you create some playlists and then when you reopen the folder, they all move
