FLX6 Random Disconnects and FX Select Issues

Hi, I've seen plenty of users around the internet with these issues. The FLX6 will be playing music than randomly disconnect from rekordbox and reconnect. 

I am running Windows 10 with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz   2.21 GHz
Installed RAM    16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

I have used a DDJ400 with this laptop and never had a single issue. I also have a problem with the FX select not working, and this may be tied to the jog wheel being off center. If anyone has any help please let me know,

Salve ,con il mio FLX6 ho problemi ,mi causa una  distorsione al preascoltoe un po rallenta pochissimo la traccia che sta suonando .io credo che il problema venga dall'ultimo aggiornamento firmware 112
