Hot cues gone
Hi iv recently brought a new laptop for my music and backed up the music library onto a external hdd so I can restore it back into new laptop but once iv done this iv lost all hot cues and half the files are saying there missing, did I do something wrong in the transfer? As iv got over 5k tunes and don't fancy relocating them all 1 by 1 lol. Thanks in advance

That method would restore all hot cues and playlists ... so I'm not sure why that would have occurred. Could you please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
How did you 'back up" - did you use the File > Library > Backup Library process on the old computer, and then File > Library > Restore Library on the new one?
