CDJ2000nxs2 firmware malfuction
everything works fine until you load up a track. It will only load to the middle of the track and the play and cue buttons do not function properly. Non of the touch screen gui works properly either. When you press anything it just moves the track foward a couple seconds. I just updated the firmware to 1.83 and the problem still persist. My other cdj2000nxs2 is working perfectly. What do I do?

@Tek > If the problem persists through two different firmware versions, it's likely and issue with the hardware. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the player inspected / serviced.
