i have some xdj 1000 MK1 and i was wondering if there is something you can do in the rekordbox software or on the xdjs to make every song i load play from the first hot cue.

Hey Jack,

Please see the XDJ-1000 user manual on page 28:

Change the AUTO CUE LEVEL option to MEMORY.
