Ddj-sb
I just purchased a ddj-sb and it wont stay on. I have a macbook pro mid 2010 running el capitan lates update. I downloaded serato loght amd it wont read the controller. Ive done everything. Uninstalled it, tried different usb cords tried hubs and nothing. When inforst connected the controller it did stay and but my mac didnt read it. Now it just lights up and shuts down. Help

Tried that already. Not reading my controller.
Sorry - posted that last reply to the wrong open tab!
Click on the Apple (top left of your screen), click About this Mac, then click System Report. On the left side, click USB and then on the right side, see if the DDJ-SB is listed as a connected device. If so, click on it and post a screenshot for me please.
I checked the usb on system report and it does not show up. right now when i connect it. It ill light up and then shut off. Not staying on anymore
Have you tried using a different USB cable, a powered USB hub, or another computer to test?
