I am sergio, I am using a pioneer ddj sr on Mac book pro 10.10 Yosemite, and i install Serato DJ version 1.9.10. My problem now is this: when I press play on the left channel it also plays the right channel, not all functions work perfectly, or it's all the other way around. the current version of DDJ SR is version 1.07. Do I have to do the update?

Are you using external power or bus-power?
Yes, you should update, the latest version is 1.08 - download it here.
My SR does the same thing, I have updated the firmware and everything. its has been in the repair shop for 2 months, I don't think they will be able to fix it.
