Issues with ddj rx and rekordbox dj 5

I have downloaded rekordbox 5 and overall I am very pleased with it.. 

however I have had issues with my ddj rx being unresponsive at times. 

Literally nothing on the deck would work, pitch slider, pads etc. 

After about 2 mins it would all work again.

This was never an issue with 4.

Anyone else had the same problem.
