Rekordbox dj licence key on KUVO account

hello, i used the rekordbox DJ licence key on the same computer twice. (unlucky deinstalled rekordbox and had to enter the licence key again because I want to deactivate it on my account).

I read that the licence key can be used for two installations. Does that include two different computers?

I ask because I want to give the key to a friend and want to know if I have to open a ticket to the pioneer support.
