CDJ 2000 only white screen - no functions work at all

Have you tried updating the firmware? It may bypass whatever's going on there and force the new firmware in.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact technical support - links are at the right. >>>>>
I had the same problem a couple of days ago... but with both cdj's at the same time... is there any solution to that?

As far as i know the power was fine... this happened at the beginning of an event not during the set... As i switched the cdj's power on the screen was white with no function.. I also had my djm 2000 mixer plugged to the same power source and it worked fine.. so i replaced them with 2 other cdj's and they worked well..
No idea what would cause that to happen to two CDJs simultaneously - your best bet is to contact technical support for further assistance, links are located at the right side of this page.
