 just updated to 4.2.3 , and it wont sync any playlist, NEED FIX ASAP
got a gig this next weekend

Hello all, 

rekordbox 4.2.4 which fixed the Sync issue has just been released.
Please update rekordbox to 4.2.4.

The below issue occurred in rekordbox Ver.4.2.3
Please update rekordbox to this version (Ver.4.2.4).

[FIXED]
 -Sync Manager did not sync playlists.

Please note:
When you sync playlists which were not synced in Ver.4.2.3, firstly please untick the unsynced playlists and click the Sync button (the arrow icon).
Then, tick the unsynced playlists again and click the button to sync them.

If you still have any issues, please let us know.

I have the same problem. I just get an error saying the file is missing... 

 

Also got a gig, this saturday and I don't have time to fix all the hot cues and loops I memorized. That would take me days to do...

How do you downgrade to 4.2.2?

I never deleted it, always rename the previous version before installing the new on Mac, not sure on PC, then you have the original OR simply save the downloads and reinstall an older version if needed

same here, I upgraded tonight, added new songs, went to a gig that i had, plugged in my USB and all i had was OLD STUFF !!!

 

PIONEER MUST FIX THIS ASAP !!!! because they literally screwed my night !!!

WTF PIONEER !? Do you even test your software ?? Bugs like this are unacceptable, especially for a company who charges 2k+ for a player... that you can't play your tracks on.

Sorry to hear about these issues. This Sync manager bug that our engineers already identified the root cause and will finish fixing the issues very soon.

Yes. Never upgrade before a gig. I upgrade on a Sunday night after its been out for a week or so and then I have the entire week to 'test' it. 

Unfortunately Pioneer doesn't test its new versions as thoroughly as we would like, so don't expect it to be flawless out of the box. If your career depends on this software, keep backups, don't update before an event. Simple as that.

Stick to 4.2.2 for now until they patch this issue with 4.2.4.

I'm on macOS Sierra, Rekordbox 4.2.4 and can't export my playlist to usb ... haye gig next saturday ... just have an error "translate: an error occurs while export' . need to export many times one track per time. what I'm doing wrong?

well, the problem is solved now, not with the official answer, here is how i did:

1. open key for re-analize my full collection

2. analize the tracks again

3. formatted my usb fat32 FULL format (not just quick)

4. exported the playlists i need

5. enjoyed testing on my cdj2000nxs

i must to say on past gigs i had problems with usb that didn't read on first try, only after 4-5 in-out-in-out the cdjs @ the club was reading them ... was not cool situation on 2 usbs with same problem. i hope don't have this problem again after this new solution. thanks for your quick answer.
