Hello,i want to ask if i buy a second hand ddj rx,can i get the serial from the other person?,or change the email that is registered?

Yes, you can use the same license. Once you buy the unit, you will have to submit a rekordbox inquiry for this.
im talking about rekordbox dj serial that comes with RX
