XDJ-RX time mode

XDJ-RX time mode

XDJ-RX time mode

Very inconvenient that the button is remaining/elapsed time changes the time from on both decks at the same time. Whether it is possible to fix it? Maybe in future firmware versions it will be corrected? There is a button deck 1/deck 2. It is possible to interact with her.

Sorry, a limitation of the system.

Maksim Sakula

Is it possible to make a separate indication?

KB

I just got my XDJ-RX today and I too would juke to know if this is possible. I have forever used time elapsed on the incoming track and time remaining on the outgoing track with my previous CDJ setup. This must be an oversight no? Even if you select each deck with be deck select button it still changes it for both. Very annoying.

I never found a solution... Very frustrating!

That is a very weak lame excuse for a £1200 piece of kit. Very basic function that my CDJ-100's use to be able to do.

Pulse

Your CDJ-100 only showed elapsed OR remaining, same as the XDJ-RX.

KB

Also could be very easily fixed with a firmware update.

KB

But I could still choose that for each deck. Having it change for both doesn't make any sense.

Pulse

We've asked for it before, it hasn't yet materialized, which leads me to believe it's not as easy as you say it is.

KB

I seriously doubt that. Such basic function that I have been used to using for about 15 years.

It looks like a bug to me. You select deck 1 or 2 then press the Time Mode button it should only change the time view for that deck not both.

Maksim Sakula

It is possible in this way. Or easier. Not using the select button deck. For example, in settings add the settings option. 2 options: show equally in both deck. Or to show "mirror". And then, switching button remaining/elapsed time, the value will change!

For example:

deck1: 0:15

deck2: - 2:33

We press "time mode" button, then:

deck1: - 3:15

deck2: 1:05

And so cyclically...

Pulse

Again, we've asked for it before and several updates have come out, yet this is not a change that has been made. Clearly there is a reason for it.
