Sorry for re-posting this topic but I need to grab your attention. I've spent the bones of a month patiently awaiting a reply for Pioneers new tech support centre in Ireland or at least a repair centre that you could recommend and that is Pioneer approved. As I said, AVI has ceased traiding and I don't trust any old electronic engineer with my equipment so can you please hook me up ASAP. Sorry, I don't mean to be comming across as impatient but a month is long enough for anyone to be without their equipment. Cheers!

Cheers for your input but that's not the problem. I'm awaiting a reply from Gavin because he told me that he has an alternative contact to the one listed in the Tech Support section which is now closed. I will send my mixer away to the UK if necessary but I don't think that I should have to go to that trouble and expence if there is a repair centre here in Ireland.

im havin problem with my mk2 cdj800 want play my copy discs but will play originals and i hav a code comming up now and then

How do you have everything set up? What code comes up on the players? Does the code appear when you play store bought / commercially pressed CDs?
Sounds like you aren't burning your CDs correctly. What software are you using / settings have you? Make sure to burn as CD-A and choose the most stable burn speed.
iv used all the tunes b4 on the turntabl. code e-8303 will cum up now and then or the disc will just eject they'll it will play original cdz.all the tunes work on the other turntable and they used to work on this one.i norm use nero burn
commercially tunes the code is appering
@Alyd > I'd say your best bet is to get your units serviced at an authorized service centre - they laser alignment may be off and, thus, causing the fault.
