DDJ SR Roll Feature Issue
Recently, the Roll feature on my DDJ SR changed, it doesn't roll, now the bottom 4 pads are lit and the 1st and 4th pad on the bottom row are rewind and fast forward. I don't know how to resolve this.

I have the same problem on my DDJ-SZ , worked perfectly on my DDJ-SX
Have either of you perhaps accidentally re-mapped MIDI controls to the pads? Check in the settings to see if you have re-map enabled.
Hi , Thanks for your response however , I cannot check anything anymore . When I plugged in my SZ last night it just completely died, Only the PANEL light starts blinking dimly. I think I have a very defective unit. I cant upload a video here or I would have let you see it. Its just one of many things wrong with my DDJ-SZ. I hope this answerhelps Sunny Kale though
@Crispin > Yeah, that sounds like a possibility, I've asked the engineers to provide some info, I'll let you know what they say.

@Crispin > The blinking panel button on the SZ indicates a hardware failure. Please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to have the SZ serviced.
Also wanted to add:
The behavior of the roll pad on both DDJ-SZ and SR which the users mentioned is the Beat Jump feature. If you do not want to use that feature, you can untick the setting as below:
