Hardware Disconnected
My Pioneer DDJS1 no longer connects to ITCH or Serato DJ. I don't know what happened it was fine a few days ago. I already updated both the pioneer drivers and ITCH. I also downloaded the firmware. I tried to uninstall ITCH and reinstall it but it didn't work.

I don't think Serato officially supports Windows 10, and I know for certain that Pioneer has not yet released certified software or drivers for any hardware. Unfortunately that means we can not guarantee the performance or function of Pioneer products with Windows 10.
What is the operating system you're running?

But it worked before in windows 10. Why all of a sudden doesn't it want to work?
Perhaps a system update within Windows10 changed something? Sorry, I'm not sure. Until such time as Pioneer certifies the hardware, software and drivers for Windows10, there is potential for this to happen.
