Anybody else getting zero support from Pioneer / Rekordbox?
Hey forum,
I was wondering if anybody else was not getting their inquiries responded to or (worst case scenario) being completely ignored ?
First ticket inquiry was dated 27th August, further info on the issue was placed 30th, then 31st, and a further follow up placed on 2nd September, with absolutely zero response.
Am I just being unfortunate here?
