[CLOSED] Ergo fader gap/lag question

Hi there,

No matter what software I use, like Serato or Traktor, and with any crossfade setting, it still takes about 3mm of movement from closed on either side to initiate the crossfade.  I believe this is referred to fader lag.  On my S2, it's like barely 1mm, but here, the gap seems huge.  This makes it real hard to do scratching stuff with the crossfader like a crab.

Is this normal for this unit or can it be calibrated by Pioneer as it is under warranty?
