Digital Sound
So, I have really tried to figure this out on my own before having to ask this. I could very well be off base here, I allways had crap equipment until now. I have my cdj900s and djm900 and computer linked to my switch. I still have to use RCA cables from players to mixer for any sound. Am i missing a digital link somewhere?
Thank you so much for your time,
Scott

You can use the digital (orange) ports on the back of the CDJ900 and the DJM900 to connect to each other, using a single digital coaxial cable between each device.
The cable you'd need is as per this example.... http://www.avreview.co.uk/review/reviewproduct/mps/RPN/3147/prod/QED-Qunex-P75-Digital-Coaxial-Interconnect/RCN/42/rgn/5/sp//v/5
Hey shortSTACK thanks for clearing that up, I knew it was missing something simple, im about to hear my true digital sound.
Thanks again.
@Scott > What happens further down your digital chain? What does your mixer run in to?
@Gavin> Well I have my monster cables coming out of master1, an XLR connection, and into my Yamaha DSR series setup. I feel I may be loosing some digital here as I have no output from my digital out Thanks for looking into this.
