Activate my DJM REC Account
Hi!
I bought the DJM REC app and used it few months. Now I buy a new iphone and install it but it throws me the BUY option.
How can I login or something to use my already bought licence?

Open the Settings to Purchase and tap "Restore Purchases."

I did that but it says: "Error. Restore failed" ...

Are you signed in to the same Apple iCloud account as when you first purchased the app?
No, this is a new account , as I change the phone and created a new apple id because i forgot the password. What can i do?

You'd have to buy it again - that's a limitation of Apple's accounts, sorry.
