cdj 850 master tempo switches tempo range.
Hello,
I've got a problem with both my cdj850's.
1st won't go in the wide range, it will only go in the 6/10/16 range. but not the wide.
2nd one has a master tempo faillure. The butten only adjusts the tempo range and doesn't turn on the master tempo.
Next to that the tempo won't go in the wide range either.
Suggestions?

The issue with changing range by pressing the MT button may be that you have another button stuck; please try cleaning around the edges of your buttons with a very small amount of rubbing alcohol (ensure the player is UNPLUGGED). If you continue to have issues, it could be there is an issue with that small circuit board and it may need to be repaired / replaced. For that, you should contact Pioneer technical support in your region.
Thank you for the respond. The files i use are 320kbps mp3 files exported from reckordbox.
I've trieed cleaning them but no result. I'll try to contact a repair shop.
