[CLOSED] DDJ-SX, unknown device!!!!!!
Hi guys, I need Help,
Well my controller DDJ-SX is not connecting with my laptop, there is command "Unknown Device", all that's happen after re-install system.I was trying to do all settings on sound card like ye recommend in other posts but it is still not working! I also tryed connect controller to macbook pro but even apple is not recognising device.
I did controller reset, and nothing happend. when I turned it on on channel 2 FX 2 button is flashing twice and it stoped, that did not happen before!
I just want to find out what I can do with it?

Have you changed or tried a different USB cable? What is the laptop or PC that you are plugging into and what is the op system? Are you running Serato DJ 1.7? Have you updated the firmware on the SX?
Hi, i'm using Win7 64bit , I7 procesor, 12GB RAM, I try all USB ports in laptop and nothing! I also try connect to diferent laptops with no results.
Is there gonna be any help form Pioneer site or not ??
did you try any 32 bit laptops? I wonder if the SX does not support 64 bit yet? Just a guess, not 100% sure

well I try all those settings and still no connection betwen DDJ-SX and laptops. any system (win and Os) cant find device
@BriChi I was Using before 64bit win and all was working
I'm afraid that I have to suggest that you send the SX to a local service center for repair. You can find their locations by following the Tech Support links on the right side of this page.
