DDJ-XP2 USB Cable Loose
Just bought a DDJ XP2
The USB connection that plugs into the DDJ XP2 seems very loose.
It has significant movement left and right when plugged in. At least 10mm left to right.
On any other device Id say this wasnt right.
Is this by design in case it gets bashed? Or is there an issue with my DDJ XP2

10mm? That's not loose, that's practically missing the jack! Can you try with another USB cable and maybe link a video?

tried the same with another cable other than the one it came with.
same issue.
it also moves up and down by a similar amount
unit appears to work ok only had it an hour. but doesnt seem right at all. not seen anything like that in any other USB device in 20 years
should i contact retailer i bought it from?
Thanks Mark -- that does seem rather wiggly in comparison to most devices. I'd certainly contact the retailer, let us know what they say.
