OK, what gives?

We've all seen the picture on Facebook - so, come on, give us a juicy teasing detail...

the reason some of us complain is that we already own traktor. And have invested many years with it. As such we would NOT switch to a "lite" version of a different software. Not to mention the countless hours it would take to migrate songs and reannalys them all.

I have used VDJ. Didnt like it. Switched to Traktor. MANY MANY years ago.

No one is making you switch to anything. This will work with Traktor just fine.

I was responding to the posters comments above... groovindj about why I prefer Traktor.  And no i wont be switching to another software.

This is going to be Pioneer's lower tier controller &  DDJ's will eventually end up being the mid range as to why they have limited it with certain features and then eventually they will release a premium controller with booth and everything. Its not hard to see what they are trying to do.... Kinda makes you feel like a sucker for buying equipment for full price now when its almost half of the introductory MSRP.

I agree. Glad I bought my T1 at the recent sale (minus 15% off coupon) and will get a free bag. Made it a little bit less painfull to purchase.

I love the T1. Has everything I need. I dont use samples and rarely loop or use hot cues. I play trance and mostly just have long mixes with effects. I do however like the smaller form factor of the Ergo. The T1 is huge.
