DDJ-SB3 Problem

Help! I have a problem with my DDJ-SB3. I'm having problems with all of the lights working incorrectly

Problems include: (hotcues don't light up, sync doesn't stay lit sometimes as well as FX, key lock) 

I've been scrolling trough the forums for help but nothing works for my problem - I've got myself a new USB cable as well as a new more expensive USB-C to Standard USB hub but nothing seems to work. My firmware and Serato DJ Pro is up to date.

I am running Macbook Air M1 on Big Sur, I've found that Serato doesn't fully support Big Sur quite yet, but is running trough an emulated intel version - maybe this is the problem?

Sorry, the drivers are good, but we're waiting on Serato to release the Big Sur-compatible version of their applications.

I have the same problem with a DDJ-SR2 on Macbook Pro (M1).

Light, Hot Cue, Sync, Keylock, FX, ...

Please Pionneer Help us. I've waiting this update from November and it still doesn't work ...

If you're waiting, you probably have to bang on Serato's door not PioneerDJ's. 

Here's the Serato's article on Big Sur & M1 Chips but I'm not 100% if this is what is causing the problems so I would be happy if Pioneer could give us some disclosure: https://support.serato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001709035-macOS-11-Big-Sur-not-yet-supported-with-Serato-DJ-Pro-or-Serato-DJ-Lite
