When I'm using my aero I can drag tracks to each deck and sometimes there loaded in seconds, then other times I load the track and it takes about 20 seconds to load and then I know I'm going to start having issues as the track will just go into emergency loop, almost like it hasn't transferred enough of the track over but I haven't done anything different to any other time I've used it and its really passing me off now lol has anyone else experienced this or can anyone tell me what's going on thanks

Maybe Wifi interference, I would try to change the Aero to a different Wifi channel

Yess it is possible, see page 28 of the manual. Default is set to Auto. on an wireless N network you can even set the Channel bandwidth to 40Mhz
And would that help with the communication issues
Have you tried changing the wifi channel already..?
Changing the bandwidth to 40 Mhz would not solve communication issues I think, but it will increase speed.
