[CLOSED] hdj-2000 quiet in left ear piece
just recieved these headphones no more than an hour ago plug them in for a go and the volume is noticably quieter in the left ear piece vs the right all other headphones work correctly. im not excited i need to instantly return a 240 dollar pair a headphones less than a day after recieving them
im assuming this is the route i need to go cord is seated firmly and does not appear damaged

Have you tried the headphones in another audio output (like an iPod) perhaps? Does the issue persist?
