Hi all, I have just received my shiny new CDJ 850's from the USA (I live in France). The shop I bought them from assure me its ok to plug them into 220 V. However, on the back, it says 120 V and there is no voltage switch. Is it OK to plug them in or will I blow them up?

@Ed > You should always buy within your region as your warranty is only valid in the region of purchase. If you encounter issues with these decks, you would have to return them to the States.

You will need two step down transformers to use the decks in France, in order to match the voltage requirements. I'm pretty sure its included in the disclaimer that you should only use the products within the region for which they are rated e.g. 110v.
