Having a problem with my DDJ-RZ Crossfader (Bleed)

Below is a video of my problem, any help would be great!

Thanks

Pulse

Is that with Rekordbox you're having the problem?

Bradley McStraw

I think it might be the hardware. I'm almost positive it is because I used an SX2 map on Traktor to see if it did the same thing, and it did. Is it possible the cross fader is out of alignment?

Pulse

What was the software you were using in the video? Or was that with a line input? Can you test that as well?

Bradley McStraw

Rekordbox. And testing the line input is probably my best bet, never thought of that. Thanks :p

Pulse

Yeah, please test with a non-software source and let me know your results.

Bradley McStraw

I tested it with a line input and it still done the same thing as the video. How can i fix this? As it seems to be physical damage. Also, will opening the casing void my warranty?

Mark Gallo

Yes, opening the case will void your warranty.

Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for further assistance in setting up a warranty repair.
