CDJ-2000 Jog Display Fail
I got a pair of CDJ-2000 e one of them fail the jog display as these video at you tube.

I updated the firmware to 4.04 but nothing happened.
Could someone help me?

You have a couple of options -- one, you can return it to your dealer and have it exchanged if it's within the store's policies, or two, you can send the unit to be serviced by Pioneer under warranty. The technical support contacts are located to the right. ---->
I bought the unit in USA but i live in Brazil, so i can't exchange it at the dealer.
The technical support here in Brazil told me that i have to pay for that service because the warranty is valid only in USA.
I wish i could fix that updating the software or doing something by myself.

My guess is it's either a loose wiring harness or a failed display module. Either way, not something I'd suggest you try and fix on your own and not something that could be fixed with a firmware update.
I'll send the unit to the technical support and as soon i have the answer i'll post it here for future users that could have the same problem.
