XDJ-RR Sound Color FX and Beat FX not working in performance mode
Hi!
I'm using an XDJ-RR and I've been encountering this issue for about five days now. Firmware is updated, as well as the driver for macOS Catalina.
In performance mode,
1. Only the Noise Sound Color FX is working.
2. Beat FX Echo, Reverb, and Flanger are only working when the toggle switch is at MASTER. Thus, Beat FX doesn't work if the toggle switch is in either Channel 1 or 2.

Are you sure that you're not trying to preview them on the channel themselves? Some of those effects are post-fader, which means they can't be previewed on the channel, only on the master.
This is also happening to me. I don't know what else to do.
Hi, this has also happened to me.
The product is less than 1 year old. If it cant be fixed - ill send it back under the warranty.
