Hi Guys,

When I switched on my RMX 1000 it won't fully be turned on, doesn't work anything or there is no wave of lights as normal when switched on just a few button lights are there with dimmed, can anyone help me with this? whys this is happening?

Either a problem with the power supply or the unit itself - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
