DJM-900 NXS2 Feature Clarification: Are PHONO inputs A/D converted and routed to the USB output MIX(REC OUT) for use in apps, recording etc?
Hi there,
Just wanted to clarify whether the PHONO inputs on this mixer are A/D converted and then routed to the USB output MIX(REC OUT) for use in Windows apps, recording etc?
I'm on Windows 10. I can successfully record USB or DJ Link sources in Ableton (ASIO driver) or OBS (Windows audio driver), but I'm wondering about PHONO (or LINE IN) sources to the mixer (as in, analogue sources).
I would test myself, but I don't have a turntable unfortunately!
Thanks :)

Yes they are! You could even go a step earlier and send the channel post-fader if you're wanting to skip the mix stage (for per-channel recording).
Ok great, good news. Thanks!
Hi again,
While I'm still thinking about this, does the DJM-750MK2 also have this same capability?
Thanks :)
Yes.
