Is the CDJ-2000 Compatible with USB 3.0 Flash Drives?

I am currently using a Patriot BOLT and was going to pick up a back up flash drive. Wondered if anyone knew if it is compatible with a 3.0 flash drive. Or in other words -- will it work with a 3.0 USB Flash drive even if it doesn't support the speed as well.

Gavin

Yes, USB3.0 is supported but at USB2.0 speeds. Make sure you format the drive to FAT32 before use.

@Gavin, fat32??? win7 will not allow you to format in that old file system, for that you'll have to get an utility that will let you do that.

Morgo

@ Arthur C well do that. Google the Hp disc format utility. Alot of people on these forums use it with out any proplems. Windows format utility sucks anyway.

Gavin

@Arthur C > Microsoft themselves even provide several utilities to format to FAT32.

Im using ntfs in all my usb/hdd/cards with no problems at all

Morgo

Rekordbox will read NTFS format. The players are not supported.
