Controller works great as expected... all functions work HOWEVER...

I hear crackling/static when I turn knobs...My PC specs:

Razor Blade 15 / i7/ 16gbram /

checked USB cables and both usb inputs but still... Also... tried latency settings from 512 - 1024 ( thinking it was a latency issue)

Any thoughts?  thx
