Can I use the DDJ-XP2 with the XDJ-XZ?
Can I use the DDJ-XP2 with the XDJ-XZ while just playing off USB? Do I need to use a laptop; running rekordbox? Can I just plug the XP2 into the second USB input and control hot cues? Can I use it to playback samples too or do I need to connect to a laptop?

Not directly in stand-alone mode - it would only work in conjunction with the XZ if they're both controlling rekordbox.
