@Joaquin > The engineers have reviewed the MIDI data and also feel that the pitch fader hardware is faulty and needs servicing. If you are within your warranty period (1yr from purchase), it should be covered - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your DDJ-RR serviced.
WHY IS EVERYTHING IN CAPS!?
Please try updating the firmware first, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know.
Sorry! la version que uso es la de 5.6.0 y aun no se arregla Gracias!
Yes, you said that, but what about the firmware on the RR?
tambien lo actualize descargando de la pagina,
Sorry, are you saying that you have already updated the firmware?
si, con el shift + sync
Are you using the DDJ-RR with the DC power?
Or just USB?
lo uso normalmente por usb PERO, tambien hice la prueba con el cable de alimentacion y aun persiste el problema =(
It could be a problem with the fader itself; are you on Mac OS or Windows?
windows 7
Can you please download a copy of MIDI OX and follow these steps:
1. Connect DDJ-RR to your computer, close any DJ software and run MIDI OX.
2. Select [Select MIDI devices to Open] in MIDI-OX.
3. Select "DDJ-RR" in "MIDI Input" and "MIDI Output".
4. Show "DDJ-RR" in "Port Mapping" and "Port Map Object" and press "OK" button.
5. Move the left deck pitch fader from the zero position to the end of the + side.
6. You will find the MIDI codes in the log window.
Copy and paste that here for me.
ok acabo de descargar el programa, mañana por la mañana lo copio y te lo mando muchas gracias por la ayuda
Was that a movement from middle to the top (-) then bottom (+)?
"5. Move the left deck pitch fader from the zero position to the end of the + side."
DE 0 A +
Hola Pioneer! hay alguna novedad con el problema del pitch? se agradece la ayuda.
Gracias, I just wanted to confirm that you had, indeed, started at the 0% point, as the data matches what you showed in the video:
I'll pass this to our engineers to see if they feel it's a problem with the hardware and let you know.
Muchas Gracias son unos capos!!! estarè atento a cualquier respuesta.
