CDJ-350 USB Port

Hi, first time posting!

I'm helping a friend out with one of his CDJ-350s, where the USB Port type A has stopped reading completely, it doesn't even recognize that there is a device in the slot.

I'm suspecting the port is physically damaged, probably water damage of some kind.

Any tips?

Is it difficult to replace the connector yourself?

Is it possible to connect a USB-stick in the back port (type B) with the use of an adapter?

Thanks,

Jay

Sounds like it should be looked at by a service center.

please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
