Trim not functioning properly on DDJ SB2

Hi, I'm having an issue with my DDJ SB2 controller. Whenever I use the trim knob from Channel 2, it does not respond properly. It does detect when I'm twisting the trim knob, but the gain increases and decreases randomly. I also encountered another weird interaction when I twist the mid knob from channel 2, it controls the trim function properly. I have never encountered this problem before and it was working just fine a few weeks ago.
