Hey! Do not tell me that update is done weekly as it is not! Last update was done 8.08 and even I have requested my devices to be ad on 6.08 the update did not contained them! Today is 21.08 and there was still no update besides the one 8.08 which was not complete. 

I bought RM-DMX1 because you promoted it as working with all devices and not I'm not able to use it with my lights plus it does not even work with smoke machines at all...

 

CAN YOU PLEASE FORCE UPDATE DATABASE TODAY?

The entire Japan office was on vacation last week, so no, there was no update last week, and by definition that's not "every week," but I think they're allowed some time off too, don't you?

We never said it would work with smoke machines. Those aren't lights.
