RX2 Firmware update is not working

Hi,

I've recently purchased an RX2, I've read the operating manual and downloaded rekordbox. I've downloded the firmware update, unzipped it and put it on a USB drive, just like the tutorial Pulse put up. I've inserted the USB in the USB1 port and I've turned on the firmware update mode. The message "Connect USB storage device into top USB1 port" was shown for more than 15 minutes. Has this happened to you before? Please help! Pretty frustrated now :(
