DDJ-200 wont connect to iPhone

Hello,

I just bought a DDJ-200 and are not able to connect to my iPhone.

I have a new iPhone XS with iOS 12.3.1 (latest).

When I try to connect in the bluetooth menu I only get "Pairing failed, DDJ-200 is not supported".

Why is this?

Have you recently rebooted your phone?

Yes, just did that. Still does not work.

You may need to reset your network settings:

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Please note this will remove any paired bluetooth devices as well as remove any stored passwords for wifi networks.

Sorry, did you try and connect this through the phone's BT device list or through the WeDJ app itself?

That could be it - you need to pair through the WeDJ app settings.

I have the same problem but through rekordbox app,

latest version of ios, my iphone is 6s

resetted network settings, and tried again & failed

@ISIL > Do you possibly have other BT audio devices connected at the same time? If so, you'll need to disconnect them first.

I have the same problem. I have no other BT audio device connected to the phone. Both when trying to connect it to the WeDJ app and the djay app, it shows me that the device is available and shows "not connected". Then I click on it, it changes to "connecting" but then after a few seconds it gets back to "not connected".

@Filippo > Are you connecting to the DDJ through the app itself or are you trying from the device's BT setup page?

I just bought ddj 200 after a 1 month ago and i had a problem with connect to my phone. I connected it in power and transision fx button is blinking always how can i fix it or i have to gor for service?

My phone is recent iOS , I try to connect on the app not on the phone itself and the device is found but keeps saying not connected. I’ve reset my phone and network settings and it hasn’t worked

Yes I'm asked to fill in a pincode? The DDJ-200 doesn't have that possibility. Any help? 

Or isn't it possible to connect it on a laptop? My phone also isn't able to connect. Tnx for answering.

@Lenneke > Please don't use the iOS Bluetooth menu to connect the DDJ-200, it should be connected directly through the DJ application you're using.
