Linking a CDJ 2000 nxswith a 2000nxs2

Can't for the life of me figure this out. I see ONE video on how to do this but it is for more than 2 players with a USB hub. All I need to do is to sync 2 players together so I can use 1 USB stick. I have the ethernet cable plugged in and the link status on both decks says not connected. I have the player numbers set to auto.

Any help with this?
