CDJ 2000 one shot samples with hot cues?
Hi,
is it possible to take one shots on the hot cues?
Or like as long as you holding a hot cue it plays from the piont?!?

Currently, no, but it has been suggested in the past. Another "transitional" method of going from sample-cue to actually playing was to press the hotcue (to sample) but while holding the hotcue button, to press the PLAY button at the same time (much like doing a regular cue-stab sample, then pressing play while holding cue), so the player would then play from that hotcue point.

That doesn't mean it's implemented now -- that was the method suggested to the engineers.
or for a one off one shot push the loop in button at the point of the track you want to stutter then use the cue button, i know it's not exactly what you want but its a work around for on the fly stuttering
